Television and Radio PersonalityLiz’s passion for finding a cure stems from her own exposure to Parkinson’s disease. Liz’s Grandmother who was a prima-ballerina dancing for Germany and her grandfather both suffered from Parkinson’s and her uncle currently lives with the disease.

A passionate supporter for Shake It Up, Phoebes is a fashionable force to be reckoned with, stating that, as a family, they have no intentions of giving into Parkinson’s because – “there is nothing fashionable about Parkinson’s”.
Kate Matheson
Experiencing her first symptoms of Early Onset Parkinson’s at just 29, Kate wanted to be involved in doing something proactive as well as raise awareness for the everyday young Australians also living with Parkinson’s. Having previously worked as an editor and journalist and having the opportunity to interview some incredible visionaries it was Kate’s interview with Shake It Up Founder Clyde Campbell that gave her the push to truly get involved.
