As part of the National Parkinson’s Action Plan, the National Parkinson’s Alliance (NPA) has launched a first-ever nationwide survey to better understand the real-world experience of living with, caring for, or supporting someone with Parkinson’s. Whether you’re living with Parkinson’s, a family member, carer, health professional, or researcher — your insights will help shape national priorities and inform the future of care and support in Australia.
For the first time, Parkinson’s Australia-wide will have a united action plan — but it won’t be meaningful without your input. This is your chance to influence lasting change.
Your lived experience will help ensure the plan reflects the most urgent needs of the community — from diagnosis through to daily life, healthcare access, research, mental health, and more.
People living with Parkinson’s
Family members and loved ones
Unpaid carers and supporters
GPs and neurologists
Allied health professionals
Parkinson’s researchers and advocates
The survey only takes around 15 minutes.
At the end, you’ll be invited to register for optional online workshops or one-on-one consultations.
Your feedback will be used to inform a robust, inclusive National Parkinson’s Action Plan — built by and for the community.
