There are 1000’s of people around the country that are looking for ways to make a difference in the fight to cure Parkinson’s.
Host an event for Shake It Up Australia and be part of the answer.
Shake It Up is thrilled to have supporters right across Australia running many of their own events every year. We call these people our Shake It Up Heroes and their motivation to run an event often comes from a desire to support a family member, friend or colleague who has been diagnosed.
Whether it is a movie night, morning tea, golf day, bridge day or trivia night the variety of events able to be run by our Heroes is extraordinary. Some events range from a small group gathering for coffee with a gold coin donation to an exclusive golf day and lunch for 150 people. The point is that everyone can do something.
By using your skills and network to host your own event you too can become a Shake It Up Hero and join in the fight to cure Parkinson’s. Almost anything is possible and we are here to help you on your journey
As Shake It Up founders, Clyde and Greg Campbell fund all of the foundations outgoings 100% of every dollar you raise is directed to world leading, strategic research right here in Australia.
But it is not only funds that come from these events. By gathering your network and their contacts you play an important role in raising awareness in the community about Parkinson’s and the need for research to find a cure.
