Every year, a passionate group of Shake It Up supporters embark on an unforgettable fundraising adventure, combining the thrill of challenging themselves in breath-taking destinations, with the shared mission of accelerating a cure for Parkinson’s through pioneering Australian research. From the sun-kissed hills of Tuscany to the ancient paths of El Camino, the rugged beauty of the Larapinta Trail, the majestic Great Ocean Walk, and the pristine shores of the Bay of Fires, we’ve journeyed through some of the most awe-inspiring landscapes. Join us for the experience of a lifetime and help make a real difference funding Australian Parkinson’s research.

We are delighted to announce that this year, we will be departing on an exclusive 4-day guided trek through the majestic Snowy Mountains. Join us for a carefully curated journey through the Snowy Mountains facilitated by Park Trek, where you will reach the summit of Mount Kosciuszko, Australia’s highest peak. Throughout the trek, you will immerse yourself in the diverse and stunning landscapes of this iconic alpine region, leaving with unforgettable memories and a deep connection to one of Australia’s most remarkable natural wonders.

Park Trek has designed this trip for all levels of fitness and experience, and you only carry a day-pack with your essentials. You will walk about 28 kms in total, covering different terrains and altitudes, enjoying breath-taking views and landscapes along the way.
